How does the Fidget Switch work?
Like other holistic fidget devices the gentle vibration helps train your body to relax instead of tense up or clenching down. It can be used in classrooms, at home and during night. The vibration feedback is most effective when practiced with breathing techniques throughout the day (longer exxhales). That way when you feel the vibration your subconscious will know how to respond calmly without habitual tension. With regular use and incorporating deep breathing, you can build new healthy subconscious habits of longer exhale breathings. The switch is compact, lightweight (14g), BPA-free, moisture-resistant, It uses one or two powerful llong-life common coin cell batteries.

How to make a Custom mouth guard. 3D Print this an arc reservoir . Heat a teaspoon of white pellets in a clear glass of clean hot water; they will turn clear. Remove them with a spoon, mold them into about a medium marble, and place them in your Plastic Reservoir (listed above). While warm, place over the front lower teeth to custom fit then cool with water.
