How the Fidget Switch works
The gentle vibration helps train your body to relax instead of tense up. Can be used in classrooms, at home, and during sleep. The kit is most effective when pressed while be mindful throughout the day. With regular use—such as pressing and incorporating deep breathing—you can build new healthy, subconscious habit.
Usage options include:
Clipped to clothing or objects.
Kept in a pocket for discreet mindfulness
Worn as a necklace (similar to a mouthguard or fidget device)
The device is compact, lightweight (14g), odor-free, BPA-free, moisture-resistant, and flexible. It uses two long-life coin cell batteries.
Fidget Switch DIY Build Guide Steps
Switch Option 1 - Solder together x4 four 5mm micro momentary switches soldered in a straight row overlaid with wires on side to add durability.
Switch Option 2 - Use a strip of Velostat conductive pressure sensitive rubber incased between conductive fabric
Add a micro-vibration motor to one lead of the switch .
Add a 3V coin battery to the other lead of the switch

Heat a teaspoon of white pellets in a clear glass of clean hot water; they will turn clear. Remove them with a spoon, mold them into about a medium marble, and place them in your Plastic Reservoir (listed above). While warm, place over the front lower teeth to custom fit. Cool with water.
